How To Order
1. Select a product category from the online catalog and click the item number.
2. Scroll down to see our selection of styles. Select the pre-formatted style that most closely resembles the way you want your custom product to look. We’ll fill in custom copy momentarily. Styles are listed in order by the number of copy lines.
3. Select the QUANTITY, choose Yes if you want a Logo, and then click on the SHOPPING CARTIf you prefer to design your own product from start to finish, select the last style shown “00” or “000”. Design elements you can control include font, size, style, line spacing, etc.
4. Enter the text in the box (s) displayed and click PREVIEW to see how the finished product will be manufactured.
If your text does not fit a message appears “YOUR TEXT IS TOO LARGE”. To remedy this situation you have several choices.
Reduce the number of characters. Retype your copy and click PREVIEW.
Choose another style. Hit the BACK button in your browser until the selection of styles appears.
Choose a larger stamp. Click CATALOG on the left side of the screen to choose a bigger size.
Click the BACK button on your browser until the selection of styles appears. Select style “000”, which enables you to design your own style. With this option you can reduce the font size to your own preference.
5. After your adjustments are made click PREVIEW again. If you are pleased with the result click ADD TO CART. Please be sure to proof your work, as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed.
6. Now you can CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

If you are a current customer or want to be a customer you can shop faster and easier with an account. An account enables you to store your billing and shipping information. You can even include all the drop ship information or additional ship-to addresses you require. This will speed the ordering process because you will not have to re-type addresses each time you order.
You will also be able to view your order immediately by clicking Login on our Home Page and then clicking Review Previous Orders.
Some services require you to login. If you are a new user, simply click Login on the Home Page and then click Start as New User.
You can use your online shopping cart to gather the products you want to purchase while shopping online. Xstamper’s shopping cart keeps track of the number of items you've selected and how much those items cost. For a detailed view of the items in your cart, click on the View Cart icon.
You can change the quantities of items in your Shopping Cart by entering your desired quantity and selecting Recalculate. To remove a product from your shopping cart, click the check box under Remove or change the quantity to zero and hit Recalculate.
After reviewing your shopping cart contents and making sure you have the items and quantities you want, you may Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout. Use the Empty Cart icon to remove all items from your shopping cart at any time.

If you are a reseller we do not charge sales tax. You must have a Federal Tax Identification Number on file with us to be exempt. To set up a dealer account, please call 1-800-541-9719. For non tax-exempt business we must apply applicable state sales taxes, whether arranged by telephone, fax or online. We are authorized to collect sales taxes in every state in the USA that levies a sales tax. We follow the tax rules and regulations imposed by the respective jurisdictions. All sales tax dollars that we collect are remitted directly to the respective States and/or localities.

Shachihata Inc. (USA) guarantees Custom-made Xstamper stamps against defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage, with proper care and re-inking, for as long as you own your stamp. Shachihata shall not be liable for any defects or damage caused by the use of refill inks other than the Xstamper Refill Ink. In the event defects should occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp with a stamp of identical size and impression without charge within 10 days of receipt of the defective stamp.
ClassiX & Xecutives Product Warranty back to the top
Shachihata Inc. (USA) warranties all ClassiX and Xecutives products against defects during usual and reasonable use for a period of one (1) year. In the event that a defect occurs during said period, the sole liability of the company shall be to replace the defective product.

Custom products are not subject to change or cancellation. If there is a factory error, simply call Customer Service at 1-800-541-9719 with the control number, purchase order number, date on the packing list and an explanation of the problem. A corrected item will be made at no charge and sent overnight.
Stock products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for even exchange. Original packaging must accompany the returned goods. Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Return authorization required. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Credit or exchange is not allowed on any merchandise after 75 days following date of invoice.

Shachihata Inc. works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We will never display or reveal the entire card number when confirming an order once you enter a credit card number. We will only display the last five digits of the card preceded by asterisks. After approval of the order by the credit card company it is secure within our server as it is not used in the order fulfillment process.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. If you have problems using our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server our non-encrypted server is available. Please note that the non-encrypted server does not encrypt your credit card information when transmitted. (Need link to non-encrypted server.)

Placing Orders and Information Collection

We use a credit card processing company to bill purchasers of goods and services from the Web site, and depending upon the goods and services being ordered and where they are being shipped, we may also use outside suppliers and/or delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We share with them the information necessary to enable such card processing, fulfillment, and delivery of goods (i.e. – name, address, and as appropriate, payment information).

You may choose either USPS or UPS for delivery of your products. Most orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $2.75. If you select to have your products shipped via UPS, standard UPS rates will apply. If requested we can ship UPS Ground, Second Day or Overnight at an additional charge. Choose your shipping option at CHECKOUT.

Orders received in our factories by 3:00 PM are shipped the next day. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
